Just been trying for 3 days to speak to a receptionist regarding booking a nurses appointment and just cannot get through, I am really disappointed as have also had problems booking a visit to the GP, this surgery used to be great under the old doctors, it is terrible now!

Terrible service you can never get an appointment! They advertise in their reception that they are a great service, but this is definitely not the case. It used to be a great surgery under the old doctor but absolutely useless now! What is the point of a local doctor if you can never get an appointment? No wonder why A&E is always overrun!

Try and get an appointment and expect a very long wait. As for a repeat prescription don't for one minute expect it to be correct or ready in two days they have got mine wrong 4 times now and when you point out to them its wrong the answer is it will be corrected in a few days!!!!

The previous reviews here are all out of date. The doctors shown don’t even work there anymore. The care there is all based on cost. It is run like a shop and if they don’t want to pay for it you won’t get the treatment even if it’s within your right to have it. Getting appointments is impossible and the place is hopelessly understaffed for doctors. Inaccurate letters, incorrect diagnosis, I can do a better job using google. A total and utter joke.
